Slight Idle Stumble after Start-up, V6 (long)

Hello . . .
I have a '94 with a V6. For about a week or so, I have noticed that the idle, a second or so after the start-up, looks like it's going to die then picks up like nothing happened. For example, after the engine goes "vrooom" normally the idle hits at 1500 or so rpms.
In my case, after "vrooom," the idle drops around 700 rpms then immediately jumps to 1500 rpms and stays at that point until the temp gauge moves while the high idle slowly tapers off. This only happens when the engine is cold, first start of day, and leaving from work about 11 hours after I turn off the engine. I doubt if the outside temp is afftecting my car since I live in Los Angeles, CA.
The fuel filter, plugs, and wires were replaced about 10K miles ago while I have techroned this car three time and use premium gas (Shell, Chevron, and 76). So far I have cleaned the TB, and I have yet to check out the IAC. Going over the BB post regarding IAC, it seems that a majority of the post relate to how to the cleaning of the non-V6 IAC. After checking the WIS, unless I missed something, I can clean the part the connects to the hose with either carb cleaner or techron.
What else should I look out for to narrow the cause?
Many thanks in advance!!
