I replaced mine this past weekend, it about 45 minutes since it was my first time doing it. It is very easy and would recommend that almost anyone can do it. I purchase the flew pipe, (intermediate pipe) off of eeuroparts for 115usd and two clamp for about 8usd each. Also purchase muffler repair/sealant at AutoZone for 3usd. Placed car front end on ramps. Then removed front clamp, first bolt became loose but snapped off. Loosened other bolt enough that I could position it onto the flew pipe being removed. Then removed bolts on the rear clamp and surprisingly they came completely out. Used a hammer and tapped the flex pipe where it meet the catalytic and it separated, you could see that sealant had been used on this connection previously. I then tapped the rear end of the flew pipe and it was totally removed. I checked the catalytic Pipe end flange and the middle exhaust flange for contamination, used a wire brush and a paper towel to remove what little was there. Proceeded with putting sealant on the ends of the new flex pipe and connected at the catalytic converter first. When squeezed together the sealant that came out I just spread on the outside of the connection. Tightened clamp slowly made sure everything was aligned. Then connected the rear end of the flex pipe to the middle exhaust, found some difficulty do to gap between the flew and middle exhaust. Placed a bungee cord on the middle exhaust to eliminate the gap. Did the same thing with sealant and clamp as I had done with the first clamp. Wow this was a piece of cake and I didn't even get something in my eye while laying an my back under the car looking up, I do usually wear eye protection, but was to lazy once I was under the car to get some. Please note, I would not spend money on replacing the whole exhaust when the flex pipe is really an item of wear due to what it is meant to do. I also got a good idea of what was involved from http://photo.platonoff.com/Auto/20050119.Saab_NG900_downpipe_with_sportcat/
Sorry for being so long winded
