Yeah Scott, it's kind of tough. I can see the problem when trying to separate the various boards. Some of the Classic 900 folks, and I'm a former owner myself, may be up in arms calling anything else a "Classic"!!!
The upcoming "new" 9-3 will really be a completely different car than the current model (different platform, all new body, interior and, if not initially, at some point, a completely different engine as well).
Unless the new 9-3 begins its life with the same engine currently used (probably unlikely), there will be little if any parts shared between the two models. So, in a way, the "current" 9-3 really has more in common with the NG 900 than it will ever have with the "new" 9-3.
Maybe there could be a poll to get some opinions as to how folks might suggest the "new" 9-3 should be designated on the bulletin board? NG 9-3, 2nd Generation 9-3, New Series (NS) 9-3........ Anyone?
