I put my corssover in that location. I used zip ties to hold it in place. I'm not sure how the factory amp would go in, but maybe it would go where the white piece of foam is between the inner and outer panels. Anyway, for your other question, the speaker wires end on the right side of the center console directly behind where the map pocket is on the trim piece.
