I've had the windshield and sunroof resealed. didn't work. Finally, the SAAB technician took my car out and (unofficially) drove my 9-3 Viggen to 70mph (probably higher). He finally thinks he understands the noise. It's a problem with the design of the doors. He noticed that he could push the door tighter, and thus make a tighter seal with the rubber stripping. He's currently waiting from work back from Atlanta, before he trys to adjust the door. I'm thinking this will do the trick.
