If there is an arrow on the side, install them so the arrow points forward when it's on top, and backward (where the road is disapearing to) when rotated to the bottom. If text on the sidewall states "this side out", then follow that. Otherwise, mount them however you wish. It's not terribly critical, but it won't hurt anything to note which corner each tire is on when you take 'em off in the spring. Next winter rotate them F->R.
For pressure, follow the instructions for that size tire on the other models. Rule of thumb, for the 205/50's, keep 'em in the 32-36 psi range. Remember that they'll lose roughly 1 psi for every 10 degrees change in ambient temperature, but that it's not a leak.
