The Seahawks pull a miracle win over the Raiders with a strange Safety call and all the while we are in a cold winter gale with plenty of swirling rain. I am making my way the 150 miles or so back to Portland, seat heaters thawing our bones out. After getting through the city gridlock an out on the open highway (remember it is howling and that Pacific Northwest rain is pouring) we finally enter the somewhat open road in the dark. It occurs to me that I can see a bit better than most cars because my 9-3 repels the rooster tails from semi trucks which is the equivalent of a fire hose aimed at the windshield. Many cars are a bit timid as they head into the spray. Is it my imagination or does my car afford me better visibility than many cars with low profile windshields? Anyway I think it has something to do with this car and it's a big reason this is my third one. Just thought I would share. Seahawks beating the Raiders was just too much too and particularly gratifying cause I was sitting amoungst a group of loud Raider fans. This was an amazing game!
