You can get new lenses, and get the new one holed the next day. Remove the turn signal, and undo three torx screws, and take out the lamp assembly. Note where the clips are, mark it. You will be cleaning things up and it might not be obvious later.
Pop the clips, from the glass side. Watch your eyes, and put a cloth on top to stop clip from flying and it getting lost.
Clean the lense inside and out. Clean the reflectors with a soft cloth and windex. The edges of the reflectors can be razor sharp. Take care not to get cut.
While you are in there, find the bulls eye of glass and glue it back in place with a tiny amount of silicone seal. Good as new! This will take a while to cure. But you could carry on without waiting.
Get bandaid for cut, clean up blood.
The gasket will not tear if you are carefull. Put a thin film of silicone grease on the gasket and fit the lense. When fitting the clips, place the plastic side and slide the other end over the glass (less friction). Use a cloth under your thumb incase the clip breaks.
The repaired lamp may appear much brigher when you look at it. If so , tackle the other lamp. Do not touch the envelopes of the bulbs with your fingers. Cleaning them is a good idea. Replacing them while you have everything out is a better idea. Wrap the old ones, and keep in the spare tire well for emergency spares.
