Thanks Rodel;
I haven't had any call for parts yet as we have this 99 9-3. I did get my mini-mirror and my oil change ramps and drain-thing from Bowness. The Bowness people have been there a long time and are friendly and quite knowledgeable. Besides, they're about 10 minutes drive from here (we're in Strathcona Park).
The two motormechanic guys (Pete and Pete) at NE Saturn Saab Isuzu are from Cooke Motors orgiginally, are certified Saab people, and like the car. They're like the Maytag repairman on the newer ones. Nothing to do. I used to deal with Raybern Motors with my old '79 until it beat me so bad I got rid of it and drove a Mitsibishi turbo for awhile.
$72 is a good deal. For your $130, did you get the rotors turned? I never thought you needed rotors turned unless you had scored them somehow by letting the brakes tear into them. The people at NESSI told me I was looking at $350 all in. After about 50k km, that seemed like a lot. There's a brake shop, 'Globe Steering' I think on 14th street I may just check out. They've been there forever.
If I were going for performance parts, which I'm not (yet), I'd have a tendency to go online as I know there's precious little here although you should be able to get stuff like Konis and sway bars locally.
