Torque difference between 9.3SE manual and automatic?

I saw a big torque difference between the convertible 9.3SE auto and manual. (209 vs 184).
Is there anyone that can explain to me why the torque changed between auto and manual gears and why the torque on the 9.3 SE auto version is the same than the torque on the base version?
