The 95's are T5 ECU's using ODB1 specs. ODB2 started with 1996 production I believe, still a T5.
For cost effective power gains, a bigger down pipe is the last thing that you would go for. if you did that you would be looking for a new cat as well and a complete exhaust system. This is very expensive.
So do the DYI's first, get a Saab Sports exhaust, then increase the boost. After that you would want to get the Viggen IC.
There are a few catagories of folks on this BB. Some need all of the power that is technically achievable and they find the money to do it. Some are content with getting their Saabs to be fast and are reasonably content to leave things at some intermediate level. Some of the folks that can afford to do the extreme stuff must be borderline obsessive, or perhaps they freely admit that they might be out of control themselves! It is all great stuff, even if you are on the side reading about it! :)
