I have a 2000 9-3 SE with an auto tranny. I'm thinking of putting on 17 inch wheels. The Saab Catalog ones are not cheap, and Tire Rack can't do me much better. Does anybody have any suggestions? If i do put these on, will the car ride like a wheelbarrow? Will the ride be noticably deteriorated? Also, a guy at the dealership brought up the issue of greater width effecting the ability of the wheels to turn within the wells. Anybody have any opinions on the safety/practicality of putting 17s on an SE?
