You can either fix it with touch-up paint yourself or have a body shop do it for you. Either way, you will have to pay for it. You can try having the Xpel protective coating (or some other) installed. I've heard good reports on it.
It could be worse. I also have a BMW M/Z3 which is particularly prone to hood paint chips. We all tend to refer to it as the "starry night paint chip option". The point is to drive and smile!
