1've hit 125 on 81 in Virginia (where I live) - didn't mean to go that fast, just sort of happened.
I routinly top 100 on both Canal Road and the Eisenhower Parkway in Georgetown, Washington, D.C.
As far as new england - I would always be over 100 on I89 in vermont when I lived there. If I was driving a Saab (and not the Jeep Cherokee I had at the time) who knows how fast I would have gone.
