I agree with coolknight, my 9-3 constantly pulled whe I first got it. I had the dealer align it, it was no better. Then I went to a friends "Big-O" shop and had them check it out. As you have probably been told the only adjustment they can make is the "TOE". I don't remember what was off on my car but I am thinking it was the camber. If you measured from the center of the front to the center of the rear wheel on each side of the car you would get a different measurement. If I recall it was about 3/4". To fix this they loosened the cradle that the suspension and engine/trans sits in (I think it is only 6 or 8 bolts) and forced it to make the measurements line up retightened it while we held it in place. This did not make it perfect but it was drasticlly better than it was orginally. The problem is finding a shop willing to do this for you.
