I am so upset to find out that my brand-new Saab was scratched. The paint is peeled off under the rear bumper. A nail-sized black area is showning right in the middle of the sun green paint. I had no idea when this happened and how it happened. I would like to know how and how much I can get it fixed. I have full coverage insurance. The deductible for both comprehensive and collision coverage is $500. Is it worthwhile to contact the insurance company? Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
