Key Ignition Problems

I asked about this before and did not get many responses.
I have a 2001 93 se and had key ignition problems.......the key would not come out when I turned the car off. I would have to turn the car back on, put it into gear, put it in park and then turn the car off to get the key out.
Since my car has been at the dealer for service/dealer screw-ups, I have driven two 2001 95 wagons that both had the same problem.
Anyone else out there with this problem?
