Horn (not alarm) going off when I start the car.

After turning off the alarm and turning the key in the ignition my horn started going on. I tried turning on and off the alarm again and the horn still went on and stayed on as long as the key was turned. The engine turned on and the horn was still on. After walking away from the car and trying again again a few minutes later, the car started without the horn. This happened 2 days in a row.
I saw another post in April talking about the same thing, anyone have any idea what is going on?
