Now that you've got the wheels, tires and the sport exhaust, you're about ready for an ECU (boost) upgrade. I'd add a K&N drop in air filter before doing this, but I'm not sure if there is one for your model; they changed the box for MY2000- if I recall correctly. Try a search.
Anyway, you can get an ECU upgrade from any number of companies. These include http://www.abbottracing.com (or http://www.abbottamerica.com), http://www.maptun.com, and http://www.hirsch-performance.ch. If you're in the northeastern U.S., you could go to Wigwam Saab (http://www.wigwamsaab.com). They are the North American dealer/installer of Nordic Saab performance parts and will save you the trouble of sending your engine computer to Europe.
Search here and on the Performance board for people's impressions on these products. All will increase your horsepower significantly.
Let me warn you, however, that the combination of the ECU upgrade and your wider tires will increase "torque" steer in the car a fair amount. These issues can be almost solved using some expensive parts from Abbott, the Viggen Rescue Kit.
