I've seen this site. The guy who created it has interacted with the folks on the Z3 board (bimmer.org). He does have some issues with his dealer which seem to be at least partially justified. It seems to me that he's trying to get some resolution to his problems. For that, I can't fault him.

In the grand view, I think he's stumbled across a bad BMW dealer. It's too bad because there are good ones just as there are good Saab dealers. I have a Saab and a BMW and I would consider both dealers and their cars excellent.

When it comes down to he performance of a dealer... or anyone for that matter, they will perform as all living things do... each according to their gifts. Enjoy the good ones.
