that is in a Purple bottle. I don't remember the exact name. It cleans well and does not damage the wheel finish, as far as I can detect. There is another Meguiars wheel cleaner that is in red container, but I've found it very abrasive - I threw it away after one use. You can buy Meguiars prety much anywhere. P21S is a very nice wheel cleaner product, a bit expensive, very easy on your wheel finish, but so mild it takes a lot of effort to remove baked on dirt, and I can only find it through mail order.
