I would recommend, however, not to anger anyone at the dealer (at least not in the service dept.) because you do still have to use them for warranty work. I've learned this the hard way with a previous vehicle. It's very frustrating when you call the dealer, and they are always booked up (if you know what I mean). I eventually had to sell the car because I couldn't get acceptable service or convenient appointments.
If you have several dealers in your area, then by all means, give them hell, but dont hinder your chances of getting good service in the future.
I guess all that I'm saying is to be tactful. Voice your concern without throwing up any red flags. You'll be surprised at how far that goes. I used to work as a service advisor back in college, so I can relate fairly well.
