Yikes...not fun.
Try this...spray WD-40 (or break free, or liquid wrench) around the center of the rotor where it rests on the HUB. Let it sit for awhile. Then bang on the face of the rotor at the 12 o'clock position (top of rotor) and then the 6 o'clock position, bottom of rotor. Alternate between these two positions, banging progressively harder, and it should break it free.
Let me know if this works.
