The trionic, will, within its map bounds, meter fuel properly without regard to exhaust systems etc.
The high rpm boost will drop off if the turbo is at its limits. This is a function of the intake and exhaust restrictions, intercooler, temperatures etc. So many of these factors will not be under the control of the ECU. Many of these issues can be addressed by modifications of the intake and exhaust systems.
If you have a certain level of boost, and the fuel is mapped properly, then dyno output is fixed by the boost levels. Actual figures for any given vehicle will be a function of temperatures, intake and exhaust systems, IC's mods, etc. So while you can get a figure for dyno HP, it is quite meaningless. You would have to have all of the same other tweaks of the test vehicle that the supplier uses. You cannot expect them to take totally unmodified vehicle and provide syno HP for only the ECU mod.
Also, it is dumb to increase the power and boost with a modified ECU and not install a low restriction exhaust system and K&N filter and other mods. If you are worried about exhaust gas temperatures, these are largely in your control, not the ECU's!
The ECU is only one part of the system. A balance needs to be achieved.
