Fuel pressure? Is there a place to measure it?

I am having a situation where the engine cranks over for a long time before it starts. An earlier post suggested that I turn the keys to "on" and wait a second before cranking. This seems to help the problem but makes me think the system is losing fuel pressure. On my Corvette the fuel system remains under pressure for a long time even when the ignition is shut off. Should this be the case in the Saab? Is there a place to attach a fuel pressure guage on the Saab? I looked but did not see one.

Thanks!
