The Viggen runs 0-60 in 6.5 seconds according to C+D. Quarter mile is 15 seconds at 95mph.
In contrast, the 9000 Aero is reviewed by the same magazine to have a 6.2 second 0-60 and run the quarter in 14.8 seconds.
They have essentially the same engine (2.3L Turbo). Viggen gives 225hp @ 5500rpm and 252ft*lb @ 2500 while Aero gives 225hp @ 5500 and 258ft*lb @ 2000 rpm. The Aero weighs just over 100 lbs more than the Viggen. Aero gearing is much higher: final drive of 3.61 versus the Viggen's 4.05. Still, the Aero should be faster.
A 9000T from the early 90's would be almost as fast. I've seen posts indicating that C+D says the '92 9000CS would do 0-60 in 6.8 and the quarter in 15.3, but there are also reports of 0-60 as low as 6.3-6.4. This is only with a 200hp engine, but the gearing is lower than later 9000's. So, a 9000T would probably be pretty close to a Viggen, but the degree to which you thrash the cars would make a big difference.
