The cover on the end of the wiper arm (where it attaches to the car) will flip up. You need to flip that up and underneath you will see where it bolts to the motor arm. You can undo that bolt and remove the whole wiper arm. I believe the wiper needs to be in the raised/released position before it will slide off the motor arm.
Then, holding it in the raised/released postion (this will require some effort as it is spring loaded), push it back onto the motor arm in the correct position (you will need to align the "teeth" on the drive arm with the arm of the wiper), bolt, close cover over bolt, test. Re-do if necessary.
I had to do both of mine when my car was new... dealer is an hour away... and have had no issues since. You should be okay as long as the motor and drive arm weren't damaged in the accident.
Good luck!
