I don't know what will fit in the factory location for amps. For my system I have a alpine 35x4 amp in the left rear of the trunk that powers Boston acoustic Pro tweeters mounted in the dash and Rally Woofers mounted in the door. I have the crossovers for the speakers under the two front seats and used the stock wires for the door speakers. As for the rear speakers I have Sony Explod componets mounted on a template I made myself (I am going to replace it though with wood very soon though.) I made it so the stock plastic covers still fit over the speakers so that it looks stock and has less of a chance of being stolen. I also have a 10" MTX 6000 subwoofer in the front left side of the trunk powered by a 280x1 MTX amp. That amp is located also in the left rear of the trunk behind the alpine amp. I have the gain on the amp at a little less than 1/4 because I like my bass to accent the music, not over take it. I listen to music such as Van Morrison, Dave Matthews Band, Buffet, Springsteen, Weekend Excursion, Pat McGee Band, and U2 so I like my system to have good sound and a little bass just to add that extra ommpffff. My suggestion is to mount the amp in the trunk and run the wires to the dash and the door. Having the amp in the trunk takes up a little space but it makes it easier to adjust and work on. The 6x9's should mount just fine in the rear if you bottom mount them. Like I said before my boston's fit just fine back there before I replaced them with componets. As for the sail, I also don't know too much about that one. You can make a template for the tweeters and mount them just fine in the dash. If you mount them in the sails I think you would have to run another set of wires into the door which might prove to be a pain in the rear. I hope this helps a little bit. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.
