If you want good snow traction, definitely go with NRWs. They are not very sporty but handle sufficiently well and grip well on snow and ice.
Bridgestone RE950 is very sporty, very long-wearing and have very good wet traction. They are really the best out of the 3 you mentioned, technology wise. Not very good in snow, though...
Michelins are not bad in snow, not bad dry/wet traction. Very quiet, comfortable and long-wearing. They are not sporty at all.
Out of the 3, I would pick RE950s for their technology and low price. Save your money and get a set of winter tires instead. Even cheap winter tires are much better than most expensive all-seasons on snow/ice.
You may also want to consider Firestone SH30. These are equivalent to the old Bridgestone RE930, which are VERY good. Made in Japan, these are very sporty, great dry/wet traction, great handling, quiet and very long-wearing. Alternatively, you can try to find Bridgestone RE930, but these have been mostly phased out from retail.
Another great value for the money are Yokohama Avid Touring. These are really, realy quiet and comfortable, wear very well and have surprisingly good traction in all conditions. They are only $42/tire at TireRack in 195/60-15.
