Put it in on a cold day after a tune up. Only downside is that on warm days the power will be slightly diminished. Cold air is heavier than hot air, so you get more boost pressure on cold days. This is the reason why it needs continual adjustment to maintain peak power. In Florida we are fortunately to have warm temperatures all year round, so should be less affected.
I installed my MBC in September and have not had to readjust it since the installation. I waited for a "cold" morning (it was probably 55F) and adjusted it then.
Either way, it only takes about 2 minutes to adjust so I wouldn't worry about it being high maintenance. Good luck.
