I was wondering the same 2 months ago when I picked up mine. I called 2 Saab techs to
validate their advice. All pretty much said the same thing which is to vary your speed. I
asked about limiting the RPMs and they both said no -- if you want the car to be a dog
then drive it like one. Of course being a new car I just felt better by not being excessive.
A couple other things to mention; avoid high pressure car washes and abrasives (ie wax),
you may want to buy a bottle of leather conditioner and lather up the interior (or at least
the leather parts) and Scotch Guard the floor while its still spotless. Lastly, if you want
the car to look like it does when you pick it up, then read my post on wheel waxing. You're
going to love the car!
