Saab typically has an acquistion fee of $495 (I've talked with 1 dealer who charges $695) along with a security deposit based on the lease payment. In your case I'd guess the security deposit would be around $425. With your low $ due at delivery your dealer may have included these costs in the capitolized cost of the car making your payment a little higher than I'd expect. Also, on the program car, consisting of SE + destination ($625) + dealer prep ($130) + heated seats ($413) in the midwest, Saab offers a money factor of 0.0001. If the car is equiped any other way the dealer is not bound to offer this money factor. Also a potential factor in raising your payment some. Some dealers treat the $3000 incentive as $ directly off the price of the car while others treat it as capitol cost reduction. Depending on your state there may be tax benefits to doing treating this $ one way or the other.
