Oh boy, am I jealous matey!
I had to trade my S convertible to get into a Viggen and I'm still missing that open air feeling... The sunroof doesn't quite cut it.
Are there many Viggen ragtops in the UK? Over in Oz they're about as rare as hen's teeth and as expensive as a mouthful of diamond studded teeth...

The Viggen rescue package is a good idea, BUT just be careful of stiffening the ragtop in only certain places - it's designed to flex and wobble a bit. The suspension is softer than the Viggen hardtop/coupe. Never heard of firewall tearing, sounds like a daft rumour - unless the car is putting out 350BHP! I'd take some advice first, talk to Abbott in Essex. Also be careful of you Saab Warranty, someone I know with a modified Viggen was having grief over Warranty claims as Saab AU reckonned the problems stemmed from the mods.
