Well, I guess my salesman lied to me, or was given bad information. He told me the rear headrests could support a lot of weight and were part of the roll over protection with the windshield. He said they were not to be removed. They do seem more rigid than usual, but I have doubts that any of the roll over protection would be of much use is a multiple flip over situation. The windsheild is supposed to hold 110% of the weight of the car. But the force of a multiple roll over would seem to go way past 110%. Just a guess on my part. I have never been in a car that rolled over. Don't want to be either! :-)
