If you remove all of the screws from around the plastic speaker assembly and also the parts that keep the parcel shelf in place you should be able to gently remove the "carpeting" in order to gain access from below.
If you think that you need to cut anything you haven't taken off enough of the screws. The only problem you might run into is in tightening one of the screws from above.
