I have this same setup, but as I had the un-amped head unit, I had to get an aftermarket amp as well. Very happy with the setup, but if I don't have everything set just right, the midbass sounds a little too loud. This means I have to constantly readjust every time I switch from CD to (xm) radio.
The speakers themselves ran $199 for the pair (actually four speakers). Install was around $80.
One thing you might consider... putting the tweeters from the Infinity set in your doors as well, (up high near where the mirror controls are), and leaving the dash speakers as-is. This would possibly be cheaper from a labor perspective, and would give you six speakers in the front. (I can't vouch for the 'match,' but you could always disconnect the factory dash speakers). It would also likely address the potential overboosted mid-bass problem.
