i appreciate your concern for safety, but i, too, often push my car to its limits. i've honed my skills at the bob bondurant and skip barber programs and am a member of the porsche club. so whenever i have a clear strip of dry road, it's sammy hagar screeching, "i can't drive...fifty-fiiiiiive!" because i'm going to try to get to the end of my speedo.
if this norman wong is the brother of the same mr. wong who so expertly maintains and resuscitates saabs in southern california (saab mobile service) i think he has every right to push the limits of these fine autos. just make sure it's not my car when i bring it in for service.
so, mr. science, i think you make some good points, but i still disagree.
as for compromising the safety of innocent bystanders while doing the wild thing, it's a bit different out here in hollywood. any time i can get a model wannabe or two or three to my place for some rum and "coke" everyone should stand back. i bang with the power of a HOT! yaozaaa!
