There aren't any fitment issues. You can go to the dealer and buy the front and rear lip spoilers and the side skirts for a 2000-2002 9-3 SE as service parts, get them painted, and screw them right on. The Viggen parts are a little more involved, and much more expensive. With the Viggen bumpers and skirts you'll also need to buy things like the mesh grille, new fender liners, a tow hook cover, and jacking point covers. You'll end up spending nearly $2000 versus about $700 for the SE parts. All of this is before painting. The reason the "Body Styling Ensemble" they sell in the Saab Catalog won't fit the 4 door is because the skirts fit differently, and may even be a different length. The pieces for the front and rear bumpers will fit fine.
