For Years Many SAAB Fans Have Complained --- Posted by Ian Glenday [Email] (#95) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Ian Glenday) on Sun, 27 Oct 2002 15:14:49 In Reply to: Stopped by the SAAB dealer to see the new 9-3 today..., Richard P., Sat, 26 Oct 2002 15:51:31 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
that the cars were too expensive compared to the good old days and that SAAB should have a lower priced, introductory level version. So SAAB accomodates and what happens? They can't win for losing. This is no reflection on Intro's staement just that collectively the entry level model has taken a lot of hits. Let's recognize it for what it is. For the US market SAAB has chosen a good variety from what the total they have in the European market. The TD would be nice but US laws have to change before that will be a reality. UK CAR mag has a long term test of a 9-5 with a diesel and they are very pleased with it other than the occasional squeak.
