Help- Problems at Delivery-

I went to pick up my 2002 9-5 black wagon Thurs. night. There were myriad scratches on all three perimeters of the hood and 7 marks on the body of the car. It had not been washed or waxed. Half of the programming requests were not done and one of the washer jets did not work. At first the salesman proposed that I take the car and come back and they would repaint the hood. i thought this would interfere with the warranty. I suggested they take a hood of a 2003 and put it on my 2002. This was the only 2002 left. Will that interfere with the warranty. I am spooked. I only put $500 down and have not signed anything else. Should I walk away and ask for my $$ back and start all over with a different dealer. They had not completed necessary recall/campaign work and don't have the parts yet. Please advise.
