Thanks for the helpful advice. The car had been sitting the hot sun for a few hours before I cranked it. When I tried it again 30 minutes later, I didn't have the problem (it was out of the sun the rest of the day). I will have the dealer take a look at it ASAP. I sure don't want to have to deal with this all summer.
