Hey Saabers--

I have a laundry list of minor warrenty issues that I need to have taken care of -- squeeky/rattles in the top, broken headlight wipers, thumping in front end, missaligned interior trim panels, rattle in the driver's door, blown driver's dash speaker, squeeky seat when depressing clutch -- as you can see, nothing mechanically wrong with the car, just enough stuff to drive me crazy.

I'm curious as to your experiences with CT dealer service departments. I've used Hoffman in East Hartford mostly, and have not been satisfied at all. Seems like their techs are terrible at diagnosing problems. If I tell them whats wrong, it gets fixed. But squeeks and rattles, while hard to diagnose, remain as irritating as ever, despite 5 or so unscheduled trips back to the dealer...all for other warrenty stuff -- Seatbelt broke, SID twice, bushings in front end, window wouldn't roll up...all stupid stuff, nothing mechanically wrong with the car. In their defense, the service managers have always been accomodating, and I've always had a loaner...just its usually a Enterprise POS.

How do your dealers compare? Available loaners? How long before you can get in to make an appointment? I've heard terrible things about Valenti in Watertown...but other than that I'm coming up clueless. Anybody use Saab of Westport or Saab or Greenwich? Guilford Saab? What about Mitchell in Simsbury?

Location isn't important...I got to school in NYC and live in Fairfield County. Parents are up by Hartford. Don't mind driving for a good dealer experience.

Thanks in advance for all your help!
