First if you have legitimate unresolved problems (reverse and alarm sound like it) bring it back to a dealer and let them know you really would like it resolved. If the car is still under warranty you want to have a record of repeated failed attempts ( at lest 3 is good ) to fix the issue during the warranty period. Actually you just want to make sure it is noted as one of the service issues that you would like addressed during service. If they would rather tell you to kiss off than try to fix it so be it.
If you can't get resolution through the dealer after giving them a chance or if they won't work with you next write SAAB USA (a letter not email). Clearly outline the unresolved issues, dates, mileage, and service visits. You can give the general sob story of the cars history too but at some level you need to accept that resolved is resolved.
There should be an address in your service or owners manual. It should be an address for somewhere in Georgia. Just address it SAAB Customer Service at that address.
As a last resort research your state lemon laws. One other thing before that point. If it really has been a clear cut case of the car from hell with an unbelievable number of problems and it doesn't look like the issues will ever be correctly resolved maybe SAAB USA and the dealer will work an especially attractive deal toward a new car.
