Convertible Headliner Problem!!

Hello Everyone,
Hope someone can help me with this. I have 99 9-3SE Convertible whose headliner gets caught on the metal skeleton of the top on the passenger side just right above the passenger window. The headliner keeps catching what looks like one of the pivot points for the top. When I raise the top, this metal pivot point does not let the headliner completely open which will expose this metal pivot point and other parts of the metal skeleton. The only way to stop this is to manually stretch the headliner over this pivot to cover it. Any way to readjust the headliner to avoid this problem in the future? Any suggestions would be welcome short of a trip to the dealer. Thanks in advance.
