Has anyone encountered this problem? I filled up my tank this morning, so I reset the trip computer for the profiler screen by holding the clear button until it beeped. Usually it will say "Trip Computer Cleared." for a few seconds and then return to normal. However, this message did not clear. I turned my car off and on a few times, but it never returned to normal. I called my dealer who told me that the only fix for it now is to remove the battery cable and let it power down...a hard reset on the computer. He also said that he's waiting for the software patch from Saab, but it hasn't come yet. I realize that there are bugs in the computer since it's a new system, but does anyone know another way to reset this computer, or is this the only way?

Thoughts??
