If you have a 1999 or older, you would not be first to have a turbo hose pop off or fail. Check out the clamps on pressurized hose joints including the short coupler at the TBTC. BPV there or blown away? TBTC bolted tight to TB. Grab and try to move. If no motion, its fine. Remove grill and inspect the IC from above and below the bumper as well.
If newer, you have a T7 and a gross turbo flow leak or lack of boost will throw a CEL.
