I have a hard time paying someone to change my oil, especially when it's over $100!(unscheduled) So I just bought the filter, p/n 12579143, the cover o-ring p/n 90537437, and 6 liters of SAAB turbo oil. All-in-all it came out to less than $40 and an hour of my time, which I think is much more reasonable.
A few notes for others interested in doing this yourself: You need a 15mm socket for the oil drain plug and it's pretty simple. However, the oil filter is a little weird. It's a cartridge style and it located under the engine beauty cover, toward the right side. The cover to the filter uses a 1 1/4" socket, which is probably bigger than most people have. Also, most sockets that size are quite tall and there is not much room above the filter cover(and it becomes less as you loosen the cover and it raises in the threads). I plan on buying a cheap socket to cut down to a more friendly height as there is not much room to use any kind of wrench.
