The need for a second dealer retorque before 75 k on a 99 9-3 to eliminate leak indicates they did not do it correctly the first time or the bolt(s) are not behaving properly. Who knows? Guess I can always check this out on my own car.
Not sure if someone who sees a lot of these, like Anders has retorqued them more than once or found them loose later on after retorquing. Smells like TSB was just to get Saab though the warranty period as cheaply as possible.
