Hmm. For improved handling since you already have some good mods, I would do a good set of performance springs to lower the center of gravity (thus improved handling) and since better springs work best with matched dampers (struts/shocks) I would do those too. Your 9-3 will look much better, ride good and most suspension companies such as Eibach, H&R have a lifetime warranty.
For more performance IE: horspower I would do performance software such as Powerchip http://www.powerchipgroup.com. The manual overide kit is cool, but for best results (engine longevity) with improved spark timing/ fuel mappping related to load and temperature increased boost, there is nothing like performance software to keep some good measure of safe guards designed in the Trionic 5 system or for later cars the T-7 and T-8 system. Powerchip is also one of the few companies that offers a 6yr unlimtied power and drivetrain warranty. Call for details ask for Travis (800) 495-0777
