Solution to my front end clunk

At about 85K miles, my car developed a small clunk in the front end going over small bumps. It was almost as if it happened on the decompression. Turns out it was the swaybar end links. I know that folks suggest this as one of the first things to check but I just wanted to reiterate that.
Now I can REALLY feel the difference of the Urethane control arm bushings.
I'm not sure if it's the bushings or the swaybar end links but the car handles much much better now. The steering is more accurate than I can remember. It's still not as accurate as my 1995 Saturn SL2 was with Delrin bushings but I'm very happy with it.
ps. "The Doctor Inc" in Acton is who found it. I checked them myself but without a lift I just didn't get the leverage needed. I thought they were fine. He saved them for me and showed me that one of them had actually been broken and re-welded at one point. I'm afraid as to what the story behind THAT is. This car only had a couple thousand miles on it when I got it.
